Elegant, earthy cooking at The Swan...

The Swan’s three dining areas are open for lunch and dinner Wednesday to Sunday, from 12 noon until 3pm and from 6.00 to 9pm.

On offer are seasonal local ingredients from the best artisanal suppliers with which passionate chefs work together to craft signature ‘slow food', produced with passion and flair. Traditionally-hung slow-reared meat, fresh fish, real vegetables not long from the ground, wild game, leaves, herbs and local fruits all combine to produce delight on the plate and palate.
